Amazing! Love the food, my family and I go all the time. If you love Mediterranean I would definitely suggest going there. The people there are so sweet, great service.

I placed an online takeout order at 7:10 pm for pick up at 7:45. Hours provided stated the restaurant was open until 9:30 pm. I received notification that the order was received and being prepared. I was driving from Sacramento and planning to pick up dinner in time to meet my SO as he got home from work. I specifically placed the order 35 minutes in advance with a pick up time as their profile said takeout orders are ready in 30-40 minutes. I was a bit annoyed when I got the notification that the order would be ready between 7:45-8:05, since I wasn't sure why giving a 35 minute advanced order would STILL require an additional 20 minute window, but I accepted I might still have to sit and wait for it when I arrived. I was pleased to get another notification at 7:45 that my order was ready.
I arrived and the restaurant was closed! All the lights were off, door locked, closed sign posted. I had to call THREE different numbers to reach someone from Grubhub. The first disconnected after saying, "Welcome to GrubHub this call may be recorded" and the second said "The Verizon customer you are trying to reach is unavailable." I finally called a third number to have my purchase refunded, where they could only tell me that restaurants are "supposed to notify them if they change their hours," but zero explanation as to why the order was accepted and showed as ready for pick-up.
I was given a $5 credit for my trouble. If you are going to close your business during normal operating hours, update your profile. Absolutely no reason an order should be charged to a customer and notification the order is ready for pick-up when there's not even a person in the building. -

#fatjared say...this place was super forgetful and I won't go back.
The food wasn't bad, but it honestly wasn't great! They had a lunch special, and for a gyro I was expecting a much softer and better Pita bread from a Mediterranean restaurant! My chicken plate was good, and with saffron rice made the dish the best by far! The "curried" lentil soup had 0 curry flavor whatsoever.
I am already bored writing this review. Nothing stood out about the choices, and when you go into a restaurant and the place is literally DEAD EMPTY, that should tell you something. Not worth the money or time. MUCH better places to eat in downtown Chico! -

This place has well presented home style dishes. It's a good dine-in experience. I've come here with groups 2-4 and had several different dishes. I can't say I've had a bad one yet. The service is very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very homey and gives you a warm feeling while you're in the middle of downtown.

The wait staff was very attentive and the food came out very quickly. I had the shawarma sandwich which was chick full of the shawarma. You can choose either salad or fries with the sandwich, which mad for a satisfying meal. If you are ever in downtown Chico, you should give this place a try!
